• হস্তান্তর: শেষ ধাপের কোয়ালিটি চেকের পর, প্রোডাক্টগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
• ডেলিভারি: এরপর ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব প্রোডাক্টগুলো আপনাদের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি তারা যোগাযোগ করতে না পারে, তবে দ্রুততম সময়ে ইস্যুটি সমাধানে তারা আপনার সাথে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করবে।

📦 প্রোডাক্টগুলো কীভাবে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়?

আমরা আপনাদের ইনভয়েস সহ প্রোডাক্টগুলো উন্নতমানের কার্ডবোর্ড বক্সে র‍্যাপিং করে থাকি। প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট পৃথকভাবে সাবধানতার সাথে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়। বোতল কিংবা ভেঙে যাবার আশংকাযুক্ত প্রোডাক্টগুলোকে বাবল র‍্যাপ (Bubble Wrap) দিয়ে সুরক্ষিতভাবে প্যাকেট করা হয়।

💸 ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং সময়সীমা

* প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, যানবাহন জনিত বা অন্য কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি দিতে দেরী হলে, কাস্টমার রিলেশন টিম আপনাদের অবহিত করবে।

• Processing: Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure perfect condition.
• Handover: After the final quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Delivery: Our partners bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

📦 How are items packaged?

We package our products in sturdy cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped along with it. Each individual product is carefully packaged, while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with bubble wrap.
